To pause a specific month's debit order, you must act before the deadline.
The deadline is 12:00 noon on the day before your scheduled debit date. For example:

|---|---|
1st of the month | 12:00 noon on the last day of the previous month |
15th of the month | 12:00 noon on the 14th |
25th of the month | 12:00 noon on the 24th |
If you pause after the deadline, your current month's debit will still run. The pause takes effect from the following month. The app displays a message showing when you need to re-enable your debit order for it to run on the next scheduled date.
Important: If you need to stop an imminent debit order, ensure you pause before 12:00 noon the day before. Pausing after this time will not prevent the upcoming collection.
